Logjamming2 is now officially upgraded to Plesk 7 and is online. You folks on that server will see a HUGE improvement in the admin interface as well as webmail. We are still fighting some intermittent Apache crashes which should be cleared up today.

If you have any questions about the new features, check out the built in Plesk Help before ya come screaming to us. But if you can't figure it out let us know. Enjoy!

Oh, did I mention we also got ourselves a shiney new firewall? F U Script kiddies.

Logjamming2 is in the process of being upgraded tonight. If your site is down... welp... that's why. Downtime should be minimal and we should be back up by early morning at the latest.

In other upgrade news... our two new server are online and ready to rip. I'll be installing software on both servers over the next week or so to prep them for the switchover, which should be transparent if we work it right to negate anymore downtime.

Concerns? Questions? Let us know.

Lojamming3 has successfully been upgraded to Plesk 7. We ran into some issues while working on Logjamming2 and it's upgrade will be attempted again tonight. There's quite a bit of new features in Plesk 7, so if you are on Logjamming3 then login and poke around. We'll be enabling some more features in the future once we are on the new servers... and we'll have more details on new features soon.

BIG things are coming.

This weekend we'll be upgrading both servers to Plesk version 7 in preperation for a big move to a couple of brand spanking new servers. Friday and Saturday after midnight we will have downtime as we backup and migrate to Plesk 7.

The migration to the new servers probably won't happen for a couple of weeks. In the mean time i'll be setting up our new billing software, so things are going to change a bit with regards to how accounts are handled and billed... it will all be automated. A LOT of people have been getting a free ride due to our lack of time to deal with billing for overages and renewals, and that has to change since we aren't pulling in enough cash to sustain the servers at the amount it's costing us to run them.

There will be a lot of benefits to ya'll with the upgrade: better webmail, shell accounts, built in website editor, a trouble ticket system, auto billing and setup of new accounts, better account management, faster servers, etc...

We'll keep this updated with new details, and users should be receiving emails regarding the changes within the next couple of weeks.
