TERMS OF SERVICE:

• NO SPAM PERIOD
• NO illegal warez or serialz
• NO copyrighted MP3s (besides your own, of course)
• NO hard core porn sites (artistic erotica, burlesque or nude modeling sites fine)
• NO scam or fraud sites (you know if you are doing something sketchy)

If you break these rules we will be forced to delete your site and refund the remainder of your year. If you're lucky you'll get a warning. Sorry, but you could get everyone's site shut down.

We reserve the right to cancel an account at any time for any reason. (Tremble in fear of our awesome power!)

PRIVACY:
All data is deemed private and we will NEVER sell or share any of your personal information or email addresses. You have full permission to hunt us down with pitchforks and torches should this ever occur, which it won't. In the case of server breach by hackers/crackers, we are not liable for any stolen data, though we make every possible effort to prevent this.

CANCELATIONS:
If you decide to cancel your account before the end of the term year, we will refund the remainder minus the Paypal fees (if any) and any unpaid overages (bandwidth, disk space, etc.) if funds allow it.

RENEWALS:
Renewals are NOT automatically billed to your Paypal account. Once your year is up, you'll receive an invoice one week before your renewal date. Your invoice will be due one week after your renewal date. You will receive reminders 2 and 5 days after the due date, and on the 10th day after the due date, your account will be suspended. The account will remain on the server for a few months to allow for renewal during that period, at which point it will be deleted.

DATA:
We do weekly backups at this time but we accept no responsibility for lost data in the event of a hard drive failure or file system error.
