We love you, our customers. But sometimes one bad apple spoils the bunch. Last Saturday one of our clients was not as diligent as they should have been with doing security updates to their software and things were compromised. Don’t worry, it wasn’t your data that was compromised. It was just that their boneheaded-ness caused people to send crap-tons of traffic out of the network, effectively shutting the network down. it’s silly, we know and we’re sorry. They’ve been thoroughly tongue-lashed. Let us know how hard you had it and we’ll hook up service credits accordingly.
